Weeks 13, 14, 15 Blogging - LAST BLOG - Due Dec 2

This is your LAST blog for Ed Psych.  It is worth 30 pts and will be for Weeks 13,14,15.
Due date:  December 2.

Toward the end of each semester, I typically like to get some feedback from students in regard to the course.
The information you share will in no way affect your grade.  That said, keep in mind that every other member of the class will be able to see your comments.

I am constantly looking for ways to improve delivery.  I am considering text messages for important due dates, etc.  I am also considering apps for certain components of the class so that you can complete assignments directly from your mobile device.  I have also looked at having you "record" your assignments in some sort of voice thread so that you do not need to be next to your computer to complete an assignment.  I also thought of creating the entire course in a googledocument so that you could access it from your mobile device and receive notifications every time something changed.  Do you like Blogger?  Do you like GoogleDocs?  Learning today has changed dramatically.  Sitting down and listening to a lecture is out.  What would you like to see in place of that?

I welcome any comments regarding delivery and the class as a whole.  What would make the learning more convenient for you? This course is online.  What would make the learning more valuable to you?  Please provide me with some feedback, even if it seems "over the top" so to speak.

Thank you.  Splichal

Week 12 Blog - ends November 11

The Praxis exam includes numerous key terms, events, rulings, principles, etc.  Most of this is "recall" of information on your part.  Take a look at the Praxis II prep book sample questions and you will see what I mean. In this blog, lets make a LIST of items you will need to know.  I will start and each person in the class needs to provide ONE item that we need to know for the exam.  There is no need to write about the items in a long discussion.  Simply list your name and the item we need to know.
